  For the first time in years, we have a horse race for the office of LMA president elect! Two (count 'em, yes two) highly qualified people running for the three-year term!
And what a tough choice it is. There is innovator and Imaginate inventor Mark B. Beese of Denver's Holland and Hart. He's a wonderful guy whom I admire and respect.
There is also marketing pioneer and visionary Diane E. Hamlin, of Silicon Valley's Fenwick & West. She's a close confidant and a woman I trust and turn to for advice.
It's like having to choose between my two favorite flavors of ice cream. My gut reaction is "I want both!" The deadline to fax in a ballot is August 1.
