For a good laugh, take a look at the Powers Phillips, P.C., law firm web site at http://www.ppbfh.com.
I hereby nominate it for the worst law firm web site I've ever seen. I bet they don't get a nickel of business from the site. The home page features a picture of five people from the firm wearing air-filter masks and the caption, "of course you don't want to breathe the same air as us!" The home page appears to be a prank by high school kids, except that kids would do a better job.
To begin with, the choices are "sleazeball attorneys" "agonized clients" and "hokey stuff." Anyone who goes to this firm with a serious legal issue is out of their mind.
The lawyers are "Listed inversely in order of height," which I guess is a lame attempt at being funny. The bios have typos in them! What a bunch of idiots. I looked up the first lawyer, Kathryn L. Powers, and it says, "Kathy Powers graduated from Vassar College in 1967. Since men were not admitted to Vassar at that time, she was able to get a serious education. It didn?take her long to spend all her family?money at Vassar." What she lacks in spelling ability she has made up for in flakiness.
The Representative Clients page has a picture of actor Danny Devito, but he's not listed as one of the clients. Oops. The client list includes a lot of government agencies; it would be interesting to check if they are aware they are named on this site.
Their "bfh on the web" page includes comments from observers, but the page has links that don't work. Of course, the headlines don't display properly either, but what would you expect from a firm that promotes its incompetence? So add me to the list, they've convinced me they're a herd of losers. The site is effective only at getting attention, like a fart in an elevator.
